Pricing and Admittance Policy
Tamworth Castle will use the following conditions and definitions in regards pricing and admittance. Any discounted or age restricted sales should be backed up with evidence where possible.

Push chairs and prams are only allowed within the courtyard area. Please be advised that pushchair storage is very limited and items are left at the owner’s own risk.

For general admission, babes in arms or children 24 months or under will be admitted free although they will need to be issued with a ticket for fire regulations. Charges may apply for ticketed events.

People with disabilities    
There will be no concessions specifically for disabled customers. However, a reduced ticket for ground floor entry only is available.

Carers             
Carers supporting visitors with disabilities who need assistance to access Tamworth Castle will be issued with a ticket at zero cost. The ticket is required for fire regulations.  The venue may request to see a DWP letter or other documentation as proof of carer entitlement.
            
Senior visitors
Any person who has reached the age of 65.

Groups
For general admission Tamworth Castle will offer a group discount at the point of sale for bookings of 10 tickets or more. Please contact the booking office in this instance.

Concessions
Concessions will vary from show to show depending on the nature of the show and the contractual agreement with the performers. Where standard concessions apply, they will be as follows:

Press Tickets
Complimentary press tickets must be arranged through the Venue Management or The Marketing Manager.

Promotional Comp Tickets
Complimentary tickets must be arranged through the Venue Management or The Marketing Manager.

Posting
Tickets can be posted out to customers, subject to a posting fee of £1.50.

Transaction Fees
All phone and online orders are subject to a £2 transaction fee.

Credit Cards
There are no extra charges for using credit or debit cards.

Discounted Tickets
Any pricing promotion / concession / special offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion / concession / special offer. Customers are entitled to the one, promotion / concession / special offer which offers them the best deal only.

Refunds
Tamworth Castle does not offer refunds on tickets sold. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Box Office or Venue Management and must be submitted in writing.

Refusal of Entry / Refusal to sell tickets
Tamworth Borough Council retains the right to refuse entry or sell tickets to any customer or member of the public.

Removal from the Premises
The Venue Management retains the right to remove customers or members of the public from the venue.
